Ring in 2020 with 20% OFF our MONTH-LONG PACKAGES!!!



Booking details:

• The sale will end on SUNDAY, JANUARY 5, 2020! 
• You can book NOW, but your dates will be later this year.
• SPACES AVAILABLE STARTING FEBRUARY.
• You will need to pay when your month starts, not now. Invoices will be sent via PayPal.
• Read below for details regarding our different PR & PA packages.

PR: MONTH-LONG PACKAGE:

This includes but is not limited to:

✔ TOURS: Authors can book up to three 1-day tours and one multi-day book tour (can include review option) via HEA PR & More to be launched during their paid time. Type of tours can be whatever the author wants/needs (Cover Reveal, Blitz, etc).
✔ Social Media Marketing

✔ Social Media Blast
✔ Release Day Party (if applies) in Let's Get Social.

✔ Organization and/or booking of Cyber Book Tours via other Tour Companies for the author (paid by the author). 

✔ Promotional graphics

✔ Blog and/or Press Kits

✔ Marketing consultation regarding promotional ideas and branding.

✔ A Blogger Master List can be created and managed for the author.

* Packages will be made according to the author's PR needs.

** $300 per month, starting price.

PA: MONTH-LONG *SOCIAL MEDIA* PACKAGE:
✔ Help keep the author's social media profiles active

• Post and schedule on the author's Facebook Page
• Post and schedule on the author's Twitter Page
• Keep the author's Instagram active and updated 

* Limited spaces available.
** Starting price: $150 per month or $15 per hour

PA: MONTH-LONG *FULL-TIME* PACKAGE:
Virtual Personal Assistant Services include, but are not limited to:

✔ Helping manage social media accounts with and for the author.

• Keep them interactive
• Schedule posts

✔ Help out with Review Team (send out ARC/Review copies)
✔ Help out with Street Team
✔ Help out with giveaways

• Choose winners
• Send out prizes (ebooks, gift cards, paperbacks, etc.)

✔ Help share tour signups for the author

✔ Assist with promotional graphics

✔ Update and manage a schedule

• Help the author keep track of tasks and/or appointments

✔ Book online takeovers | events
✔ Reply to messages and emails on the author's behalf.

PR + PA PACKAGE:

Sign with HEA PR & MORE for a monthly fee and receive our marketing services plus personal assistant services for that fee.
